The eFOLDi Power Wheelchair can carry 2 batteries, each with a range of 8 miles, and each battery will charge in 2.5 hours. It has an almost silent integrated 2 x SuperPower high torque 200 watt motors and is fully airline compliant.


The eFOLDi Power Wheelchair is perfect for everyday travel as it weighs only 15kg (33lbs) without batteries, the lightest in its class and has a maximum carrying weight of 135kg (21 stone). It folds and unfolds in seconds and fits easily into small cars and on public transport.


Soft breathable and hard wearing fabric ensures comfort for prolonged use and the attendant control allows a helper to easily manage the Wheelchair.


A welded lightweight tubular aluminium frame gives strength, durability and stability and the smaller rear stabilisers prevent tipping backwards.

Returns and Warranty
1. Warranty Policy
a. A 12 months' Standard Manufacturer Warranty, from Delivery Date, comes with all eFOLDi Products

2. Warranty Coverage:
1. The frame, sub frame, forks, steering column and rear wheels;
2. Defects In certain materials and workmanship of all eFOLDi products;
3. The motor, charger, controller unit, indicators, horn, brake lever and headlight; and
4. The battery

3. Not Covered Under Warranty
1.Damage caused by the owner or any other person not authorised by eFOLDi attempting to modify, fix or alter the product
2.Damage caused by improper use;
3.Tyres, inner tubes, fuses, lightbulbs, brake pads & cables, all subject to wear and tear;
4.If the product has been purchased or transferred from the original purchaser

4. Making a Claim (If purchased directly from eFOLDi (SunTech UK Limited))
1.In the event of a warranty claim we ask that the problem be reported to us immediately by calling 0203 143 5168 or emailing [email protected] You must include a completed eFOLDi Return Form, available within the Welcome Pack you received or available on our website: www.efoldi.com
2.Making a Claim (if purchased from a dealer)
Please contact the dealer you purchased directly from to make your claim and follow their agreed process.

5. Processing a Claim
1.We and our dealers aim to assess and resolve any claims as quickly as possible to the reduce the impact on you, the customer. In some cases that may require the product or part being sent back to a workshop for a full assessment.
2.This must normally be sent in the original packaging. Replacement packaging can be provided at additional cost. The assessment should be be carried out quickly, and a claim will be resolved as efficiently as possible.

6. Claim Resolution
1.In the event of a claim requiring a replacement part, this will have warranty cover for the replacement part for the remainder of the original warranty period.
2.In the event of the claim not being covered by warranty, this will be invoiced for a replacement part and shipped once payment has been received.

. Statutory Rights
a. Nothing In this Manufacturer's Warranty affects your statutory rights if you have bought the product as a consumer.


If you are not happy with your purchase from TravelMobility Ltd send it back within 14 days of Delivery

• The item must be as new and unused. Indications of use include, but are not limited to: cracks, scratches, dirty tires, pet hair or
other household dirt, wear to seats and armrests, damage to charging ports, scratches to the frame, or other areas of the product

• The product must be sent back with all items including (but not exhaustive) keys, battery, charger, manual and original packing**

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend you use a tracking service and shipping insurance

• Items must be returned within 14 days

• Unfortunately, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight
shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery and Tech Set-Up are not refundable
