Ergobaum 7G Crutches

Eliminate Discomfort and Pain

Comfort

The Ergobaum 7G elbow crutches were designed by an orthopaedic surgeon using medical grade materials. They are the most advanced, comfortable and configurable crutches available. They have been specifically designed to improve the quality of life for long term crutch users.

Fully Adjustable

Adjustment to overall crutch height is controlled by sliding locking pins to obtain the desired height. The handle angle can be adjusted to find the most comfortable position. The forearm straps can be tightened or loosened for added comfort.

Shock Absorption

The Ergobaum crutches have a built in spring loaded system combined with shock absorbing rubber handgrips. They have a ferrule that pivots and stays in full contact with the ground. 7G Elbow Crutches ensure that stress on the users joints is reduced.

Ergoactives products, when purchased new and unused from Ergoactives or its authorized dealers, are warranted against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase with a copy of the seller’s invoice. If within such warranty period any such product shall be proven to be defective, such product shall be repaired or replaced at Ergoactives’ discretion. The warranty does not include any labor or shipping charges incurred in replacement part installation or repair of any such product.

For warranty service, contact the dealer from whom you purchased your Ergoactives product. Do not return products to Ergoactives without their prior consent.

Ergoactives will make every effort to provide detailed descriptions and disclaimers regarding the warranty policy for each product.

Manufacturer's Product Warranty

All of the products found on our website come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing faults (please refer to individual listings for specific warranty information). If a fault develops within the warranty period as a result of a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer will provide replacement parts free of charge. General wear and consumables are not covered by their warranty. The manufacturer usually includes warranty terms in their user manual. In the event of a repair requirement, parts will be supplied under warranty free of charge but labour and call out charges will apply if you are unable to replace the part yourself. Labour and call out charge quotations can be provided by email or telephone. We would recommend that you consider our Enhanced Warranty Support Plan.

We would advise customers to retain the product packaging in case the product needs to be returned for repair to our Service Centre.

Enhanced Warranty Support Plan £115.00 Inc VAT

If you are considering buying an electric wheelchair or mobility scooter, then you may wish to consider taking out our optional 12 month support plan.

As manufacturers warranties generally do not include calls out and labour charges we would recommend our 12 Month Enhanced Warranty Support Plan which covers the cost of calls out and labour to diagnose faults and fit warranty parts for up to 3 calls out in the first year. If your product develops a fault we will try to diagnose the problem by telephone to provide the quickest and most cost effective solution, but should you choose the Enhanced Warranty Support Plan we will appoint an engineer to call out and fit the parts under warranty and there would be no charge incurred for call out and labour.

If you do not wish to use this service, we will either dispatch the parts to you via courier and you can appoint your own engineer or we could offer to arrange a chargeable call out for an engineer to visit. The Enhanced Warranty Support Plan does not cover the cost of calls out or labour to repair or fit parts not covered under the manufacturers warranty. is perfect for travel.
